Dropping off at our Studio

We will get in contact with you a few days before your due to drop off your flowers, if we haven't please make sure you message us so we can organise someone to be here to collect, otherwise alternative instructions will be given.
Once your day arrives, and your due to come please arrive at the time specified unless you have contacted us prior, remember this is my home :)

Text the number provided, if you can't find it on your invoice you will find us on google and also you can look us up on our website. Let me know when your out the front and someone will come out to greet you. Unfortunately we do not have our consultation room finished yet, so in-house meetings and catalogue browsing cannot happen inside YET, but we are working on this.

We will not collect your flowers or start the drying process until full payment is made by either bank transfer, card payment or cash paid on your hand over day.

​It’s best to ship to me within 1-3 days so we can preserve them in the best condition.
​
Express postage is preferred, so they don’t heat up too much during transit and turn into a soggy, mouldy mess.
​
Wrap the stem your bouquet gently in wet paper towels, then wrap in glad wrap. Do not fill with water, it only needs to be damp because the flowers will move around and the water will start the moulding process. Cushion the flowers with packing peanuts newspaper etc.

Place in a box to ship. Choose a big enough box so it doesn’t squish them to much to prevent bruising.

We do not take responsibility for how your flowers arrive to us, however we do make the executive decision on how we dry them, e.g trimming, pruning and de-petalling for different keepsake pieces.
